- everyone teaches everyone. you might be the one, who will be the best person to explain the trick to your friend - in our jump rope academy the main task of the coaches is to gently support the development of students - if you don't want to take part in competitions, then you don't and that's totally okay - if you don't want to practice today - that's fine, just don't disturb the others - try not to be late - the student can always make adjustments to the training plan - mistakes are an essential part of the process, so take it easy and enjoy doing them
