Our approach to practices and rules in the gym:

- everyone teaches everyone. you might be the one, who will be the best person to explain the trick to your friend
- in our jump rope academy the main task of the coaches is to gently support the development of students
- if you don't want to take part in competitions, then you don't and that's totally okay
- if you don't want to practice today - that's fine, just don't disturb the others
- try not to be late
- the student can always make adjustments to the training plan

    3 times a year we will invite the best athletes in our field from other countries (in the past - USA, Germany, France, Hungary, Brazil) to Tel Aviv, and for about a week we will learn new tricks from them, gain experience in communicating with foreigners and just have fun

    we guarantee that you and your friends have never seen anything like it! Just by showing a couple of tricks (which you will be able to do already in the first training session) to your friends, they will definitely be surprised
